I am excited to announce that I will have new work on view at Dernier Cri, a new gallery in New York City, beginning January 29th. For this exhibition, which is titled Night Shift, gallerist Michael McGraw has commissioned a select group of artists and designers to create new work united by a single premise: each piece is rendered entirely in black. A study in how absence reveals presence, these pieces explore the artistry of restraint, illuminating how form, texture, and light shift within the limits of a single hue.
